Here is a rough sketch I made when I was redesigning my character Danny. He is a very old OC of mine and I haven’t drawn him in ages because his design was super outdated. I really enjoy his story and his connection with my other characters, so I thought it was about time I shown him some love.
Anyway, the biggest change I made to him (besides changing his species from half Human/half Hypnodemon to half Kenomimi/half Hypnodemon) was his hair color. Danny’s most iconic design element used to be his pastel pink hair, but now its purple! I did however give him a pink beanie to show that he still loves his pinks.
Overall, his design is very different than the original, but I love the new one so much. It’s much more interesting and I think more in-line with his character and story.
Also the outfit I drew him in in this sketch looks like he’s about to go skiing or something lol :3
